At Willow House Community Support, our volunteers are the heart of everything we do 💚 By volunteering with us, you’re helping deliver free food relief, mental health support, and essential services to individuals and families across Gippsland who need it most.
Whether you have a few hours to give or want to become part of our regular volunteer team, your time makes a real and lasting difference.

We offer a range of volunteer roles depending on your availability and interests, including:
- Food Relief & Community Support
- Sorting and packing food donations
- Assisting with food distribution days
- Supporting families accessing food relief
- Essential Items & Clothing Support
- Sorting donated clothing and household items
- Assisting with organisation and distribution
- Assisting with organisation and distribution
- Front-of-house support and welcoming visitors
- Referral support and community engagement (non-clinical)
- Events & Fundraising
- Assisting at community events and fundraisers
- Helping with setup, pack-down, and community engagement
- Behind-the-Scenes Support
- Administration assistance
- Social media or communications support
- General operational help
No experience is required for most roles — just a willingness to help and a positive attitude.
